The realm of truth:

Mindfulness.

Be aware of the present moment – you are an observer.

Meditation.

The realm of illusion:

Discovery.

Be aware of the present moment – you are not your feelings.

Discernment.

Be aware of the present moment – you are not your feelings.

Detachment.

Be aware of the present moment – you are not your feelings.

Mindfulness is a tool for discovery.  Be the observer and watch the journey unfold.

Meditation is a tool for discernment.  Use the breath and the body to touch oneness.

Detachment is a mechanism for mastery.  Let go of yourself and become oneness.
